Need to Return a product?

To return a product at Steel Envisions, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at service@steelenvisions.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Nature of the problem

In general, Steel Envisions accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, Steel Envisions reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

 

  • FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Steel Envisions on returned items, and Steel Envisions will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, or replacement credit at Steel Envisions discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
