Steel Envisions and Woodward Skate Park in Atlanta are producing a new video for the local members.  Video footage from all sorts of skaters and in-liners are going to help compile the final movie which will run on the Video system at the park.

Congratulations to DAC  dancers for an explosive dancing weekend event.  The performances were totally "Off the Chain"!  I do not recall ever seeing the amount of energy and detail from the dancers.

I also want to send a big "THANK YOU!" to Legacy Championships for having a wonderful venue.  They have really stepped up above other shows by making the dancers work harder to get the awards they earn.  The staff was becoming and has the best "Video Production" team I have seen at any other venue.  The Video quality was far superior, Bravo.  Please visit Legacy Championships for more information.

Welcome to a new year of Dance Competition Madness! 2008 is going to be the best year for Steel Envisions.  Even with the "new" ban on all photography from Primetime and Showbiz Competitions, we will still get the best quality photos that we have been known to produce.  The only downside are the rules will affect our Nationals since it is with Showbiz.

Any event venue not allowing cameras of any type are going to only enrage the parents of the children dancing.  Most people will not be supportive of having to pay large amounts of money to get photos from a event that is only trying to increase their bottom line.

As a parent I urge other parents who choose to take pictures of their children, to send a letter to the FDC  (Federation of Dancers) of the event holders and fight the rule below which is listed in the Rules and Regulations for 2008.

"Cameras of any kind are strictly prohibited during a performance. By entering a Showbiz Competition, you release your performance for video and photographic reproduction."

Steel Envisions had a small but eventful 2007 year in the car show circuit.  The "Purevil" Z33 is currently being parted out to make room for another project.
