The easiest way to access the photos on a CD/DVD made by Steel Envisions is
from a computer. Right on click My Computer>Explorer> D: (Or whatever the drive
letter is for the CD/DVD)>Pictures>Performance Name. You will then be able to
see the RAW photos and can copy, then edit at will. This is a great way to
also see how a 8x10 or 4x6 picture will look with it zoomed in.
You can acquire a concise list of all the performances by contacting the DAC
main office.
If a performance is not listed on the site you can send email to
sales@steelenvisions.com to get a
past dated or may requests for upcoming performances.
Most newer DVD players today have the ability to play a "picture" slide show.
Please check your DVD player specifications to make sure it can read ".jpg" type
files. All CD/DVDs should play on a computer without issue using the
Picasa 2 auto start function.
Please email
service@steelenvisions.com to get a RMA issued for your media Steel
Envisions will replace broken CD/DVDs for a small fee plus shipping. The
original disc must be received to get this replacement price.
In one word, safety. Steel Envisions respects the parents and the
dancers and does not sell any photos to persons not affiliated with DAC or the
family members. With the growing number of predators in the online
community it is better to be safe than sorry. This is a non negotiable
policy and all addresses must be on file at the DAC office prior to any item
being shipped from Steel Envisions. Please contact
Joan Harding to have an address added.
Once an order is placed online, the process to complete a disc takes about 3
days. It is either delivered to the DAC office free of charge or shipped
via one of the mail companies. All in all it takes about 7-10
business days to receive your media. Custom video presentation orders
require much more time due to longer creation times.
